I've got a love/hate relationship with this book. I cried, I laughed. I hugged it, I chucked it across the room (not really,but close). I couldn't stop reading, I couldn't read it. I loved it, I hated it. Oh my God. So many emotions, and I thought it would be easier if I waited a day after I read it to give me the time to think over the book carefully. It didn't work.

This is my favourite ~~werewolf~~ wolf series. No, actually, this is actually the only wolf series that I love. This book is in another league of its own and it seriously deserves to be a NYT best-seller. This book reminds me why I love reading. Thank you, Andrea for writing and creating such an awesome and unforgettable series. Nightshade, Wolfsbane and Bloodrose will forever stay with me.

One of the most memorable things about Bloodrose, was it's fascinating cast of secondary characters. I praise Andrea for creating such a massive group but with each distinct personality and so you never have trouble getting them mixed up. With new relationships and new personalities, obviously this book is heated with romance. And I love it.(I am begging her to write a novella/book/series with Connor and Adne. *Squeals*. I am now officially in love with Connor.) There was a Lot of sexual tension. And there's a scene with Ren in a towel. JUST A TOWEL *dies*.

This was by far the best in the series. And probably the strongest. Not only Andrea corporated lots of funny and humorous dialogue inside these pages, there's heart-pounding and fast paced action. You never get bored. Well, I didn't.

There was a lot of suprises and twists along the way. And *gasp* people die. THAT'S NOT A SPOILER. They are in the middle of a century-old brutal war, and guess what? People die in wars. I was heartbroken and was close to tears when some of my favorites die. And I never cry,people. Never in books,films/movies, news reports. Never. So you can see how much this book affected me.

You might have read my rant over at Goodreads (click here but I must warn you:SPOILERS(!)), but now that I actually had thought about it further, and not written in the heat-of-the-moment madness, I can slowly begin to understand why Andrea Cremer did/wrote what she did. I'm not saying I agree with it, but I understand it.

No matter how much I don't agree with the ending (one part of it) and no matter how much I didn't want it to end like THAT, I can say that it's one of the most saddest yet realistic conclusions to one of my favourite series ever. It's heartbreaking,sure, but you just can't help a smile forming just by thinking about it.It contains an ending that rings true. Am I the only one who thought the epilogue was the sweetest thing ever? It (nearly) makes up what I cried for.

I can never write a review to do this book justice, but hey I tried. If you haven't read this series, please. I am begging you, please, read the Nightshade trilogy. It's one that you and I won't ever forget.
